Pamela Zaballa

Pamela started working with victims of abuse as a project officer for the United Nations. In New York, she had the opportunity to work with the largest provider of domestic abuse services in the USA – Safe Horizon at Manhattan Family Court as a Domestic Violence case manager. In the UK, she was services manager and senior manager for Refuge overseeing projects nationally.

At Hestia, Pamela developed multiple new services dedicated to support victims of domestic violence and Modern Slavery during her time as the Group Manager for Women’s Services.

Currently, she is the Head of Policy for Women and Children’s services where she has developed projects like the Bright Sky app and UK SAYS NO MORE initiative.

Pamela is a Trustee for the Corporate Alliance Against Domestic Violence and NO MORE. She holds an MA in Poverty, Conflict and Post-Conflict Reconstruction from The University of Manchester.
