Training and Prevention Coordinator, RASASC

RASASC is an independent organisation providing specialist and confidential support to women and girls aged 13 and over, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their life. Jayne is a qualified trainer with 8 years’ experience supporting survivors of sexual violence. Her role includes overseeing the development and delivery of RASASC’s specialist sexual violence training programme to multi-agency, education and youth professionals. Alongside the training to professionals, she oversees the development and delivery of RASASC’s prevention programme delivered directly to young people in schools, universities and youth settings. Themes explored include gender, body image, media, sexual harassment, image based sexual abuse, impacts of pornography, challenging rape culture, consent and respectful relationships. All of our training and prevention programmes are informed by our frontline experience supporting survivors.
